These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PODPilot Apps website at podpilotapps.com (the "Site") and the Shopify applications published by PODPilot Apps LLC, including PODPilot for Printify and any other PODPilot apps we offer (collectively, the "Apps"). By using the Site or installing an App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Apps.

PODPilot Apps LLC ("PODPilot," "we," "us") is a limited liability company registered in Knoxville, Tennessee, United States.

1. Who may use the services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Site or Apps on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

2. The Apps

Our Apps are tools that connect to your Shopify store and supported print-on-demand providers (such as Printify) to automate operational tasks, surface data, and reduce manual work. The Apps assist you in running your store; you remain responsible for your store, your orders, your customers, and your business decisions. We provide instruments and information — decisions and actions remain yours.

3. Accounts and installation

Installing an App requires a Shopify account and the permissions you grant during installation. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activity that occurs through your installation. You may uninstall an App at any time from your Shopify admin.

4. Plans, billing, and founding-member pricing

Paid plans and any founding-member or early-access offers are billed through Shopify's billing system or another payment processor we designate. Pricing, plan features, and offers are described at the point of purchase and may change for new customers. Where a founding-member offer provides lifetime access, that access applies for as long as the relevant App remains available. Any money-back guarantee is honored as stated at the point of purchase. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site or Apps, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with normal operation, reverse-engineering the Apps except as permitted by law, reselling access without authorization, or using the services to violate any law or the terms of Shopify or your print-on-demand provider.

6. Third-party services

The Apps interoperate with third-party platforms including Shopify and print-on-demand providers such as Printify. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, the Apps, and all related content, software, and branding are owned by PODPilot Apps LLC or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Apps in connection with your own Shopify store while your plan is active. You retain ownership of your own store data.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and Apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will catch every order issue or reflect every cost. You are responsible for verifying critical business information.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PODPilot Apps LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or Apps. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant App in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the services at any time by uninstalling the Apps. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the services or comply with law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site or Apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
