About PODPilot
What does PODPilot for Printify do?
It runs the operational layer between your Shopify store and Printify. Orders sync automatically, and the ones that need a human decision get flagged instead of slipping through. It also tracks the costs Shopify's reports leave out, so your margins are accurate. You stay in control and step in only when something actually needs you.
Which print providers does it work with?
PODPilot for Printify connects Shopify to Printify. We're adding more providers.
Is the app finished, or still being built?
It's finished and running in a live seven-figure Printify store today.
Is this a separate app I install on my phone?
No. PODPilot for Printify runs inside your Shopify admin. There's nothing to download and no second dashboard to learn.
How is this different from setting up Shopify Flow myself?
A Flow can approve every order. It can't reason about the ones that shouldn't be approved, and it won't warn you that Shopify's profit report drops any order with no cost set and never sees your Printify shipping. PODPilot catches those exceptions and tracks the real costs, so the margin you see is the margin you made.

How do I get started?
Install PODPilot for Printify from the Shopify App Store and connect your store. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
How do I connect Printify and Shopify?
You authorize PODPilot from your Shopify admin and link your Printify account. We walk you through it the first time you open the app, and there's nothing to configure by hand.
How long does setup take?
Most stores are connected and syncing within a few minutes. Your existing products and orders stay exactly where they are.
Will it change my current Printify or Shopify setup?
No. PODPilot reads and coordinates what's already there. It won't move your products or rewrite your store settings.
Billing & plans
What do the plans cost?
Navigator is $9.99 a month, Copilot is $19.99, and Autopilot is $39.99. Billed annually they run $99.99, $199.99, and $399.99, which saves 17%.
Which plan should I pick?
Navigator holds the orders that shouldn't ship. Copilot adds per-order costs and profit tracking. Autopilot adds smart order sync, for the edits that land after an order has already gone through. The limits are 500 orders a month, 2,000 a month, and unlimited.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Billing runs through Shopify once the trial ends.
Can I get a refund?

Account & troubleshooting
Is my store data secure?
PODPilot only accesses what it needs to coordinate your Shopify and Printify orders, and we don't sell your data. You can read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
What happens if an order fails to sync or needs a reprint?
Those are the cases PODPilot watches for. Instead of letting a failed sync or a missed reprint pass silently, it flags the order so you can act before it costs you.
How do I reach a person if something goes wrong?
